How It Works

1. Initial discovery call-we’ll briefly connect to learn about your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Consultation session-A 45-60 minute virtual session focused on problem-solving, strategies, and support.
3. Follow-up resources- You’ll receive personalized tools, written recommendations, and ongoing guidance if needed.
