Access & Equity Commitment
I believe that ethical, neurodiversity-affirming support should not be limited by budget, systems barriers, or institutional privilege.
As part of my commitment to equity, I offer reduced-fee services to organizations and communities that primarily serve marginalized and historically underserved children and families.
This work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and an understanding that inequity is created by systems, not individuals.
Who This Is For
Reduced-fee services may be available for:
- Public schools and under-resourced districts
- Community-based and nonprofit organizations
- Programs serving Black, Indigenous, and other racially marginalized communities
- Organizations supporting disabled, neurodivergent, or marginalized children
- Family-serving programs impacted by systemic barriers such as poverty, racism, or limited access to healthcare and educational supports
What Services May Be Included?
Depending on availability and scope, this may include:
- Professional development and staff training
- Consultation on sensory-affirming, inclusive environments
- Support with ethical, non-punitive approaches to regulation and participation
- Parent or caregiver education workshops
- Program or policy guidance aligned with neurodiversity-affirming values
How Reduced-Fee Work Is Determined
Reduced-fee services are offered on a limited basis and are assessed individually. Consideration is given to:
- Organizational budget and funding structure
- Population served
- Scope and time commitment of the project
- Current availability within my consulting schedule
This structure allows me to sustainably offer access-based services while continuing to provide high-quality, thoughtful work.
